3. Acquiring references from last landlord and current employer.
4. Setting up Tenancy Agreements.
5. Prompt collection of rents by standing order mandate.
6. Managing the property throughout the tenancy.
7. Arranging maintenance requirements in accordance with landlord instructions.
8. Carrying out periodic inspections.
9. Re-advertising the property towards end of the tenancy to receive continuous revenue.

Accommodation Centre Charges
Advertising A Property For A Private Landlord

£50 Per Property Is Charged To Advertise The Property Through Our Office, Internet Outlets Etc.

We Will Then Contact The Landlord To Arrange For Them To View The Property With Prospective Tenants.

If The Property Is Taken By Someone Introduced To The Landlord Through Accommodation Centre, A Charge Equal To 1 Weeks Rent, Minus The Initial £50 Paid Becomes Applicable To The Landlord.

Charges For A New Managed Property

An Appointment Will Be Made For A Senior Member Of Staff To Visit The Property. When A Property Has Been Accepted As Suitable For Us To Manage, A Set Up Of £50 Is Charged To Cover Administration Costs, Advertising Etc.

For Properties That Are To Be Managed By Accommodation Centre, We Will Do All Accompanied Viewings And All Documentation For Free.

Once A Property Is Let, A Charge Equal To 1 Weeks Rent, Minus The Initial £50 Paid, Becomes Applicable To The Landlord.

Full Management Of A Property Is Charged At 10% (+ vat) Of Rents Collected.
